    eLwazi ODSP: Open Data Science Platform (Training And Outreach Coordinator)

    Tshinakaho Malesa is a Training and Outreach Coordinator at eLwazi Open Data Science Platform based at University of Cape Town. She holds a PG Dip in Business Administration from the UCT - Graduate School of Business and MSc in Genetics from University of Kwa-Zulu Natal. She has background in wildlife forensic genetics, conservation and population genetics. Previously, Tshinakaho has worked as a Technical Officer where she managed a plant virology lab. Here she was involved in the teaching and training of undergraduate and postgraduate students in molecular biology techniques. Tshinakaho is passionate about teaching and the upskilling of early career scientists which forms a large focus of her current work as a training coordinator under eLwazi ODSP. She is interested in project monitoring & evaluation, sustainability and product development.
