Dr Adeline Boatin - Participant

Dr. Adeline Boatin is an Assistant Professor of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Biology at Harvard Medical School and a practicing clinician at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, USA. With over a decade of experience spanning high- and low-resource settings, Dr. Boatin is dedicated to addressing global reproductive health inequities. Her research focuses on harnessing digital technology to enhance surgical care, from optimizing decision-making and timing for procedures to improving post-operative recovery. Originally from Ghana and born in Zambia, Dr. Boatin brings a unique global perspective to her work, shaped by her lived, studied, and professional experiences in Zambia, Ghana, Uganda, the United Kingdom, and the United States. In addition to her research, she is a committed educator, mentoring the next generation of healthcare professionals to create sustainable improvements in reproductive health worldwide.
