    INFORM: Role of Data Streams In Informing Infection Dynamics in Africa (Research Hub Office/Training)

    As a Training Coordinator and Research Hub Officer at the Institute of Human Virology Nigeria (IHVN), I drive data science education and capacity building initiatives under the INFORM Africa grant. My role involves promoting data-driven decision-making to improve public health outcomes, particularly among early career researchers and youths. I have coordinated projects on human mobility health data analytics, place resilience index workshop respectively. I have also coordinated virtual short courses on project management, policy development and advocacy in Global health under the University of Washington University States of America and research data management eLwazi Open Data Science Platform in South Africa. If given the opportunity i am persuaded my expertise and passion for data science and public health will me to make a meaningful impact in my community and beyond. As a rising professional, I am committed to contributing to the growth of data science and public health in my community, country, Africa and beyond. My work at IHVN and involvement in various projects and well as coordinating short courses has given me the platform to demonstrate my dedication to improving health outcomes and promoting data-driven decision-making. With a strong passion for innovation and excellence, I look forward to making significant contributions�to�the�field.
