Francis Houeha is a computer engineer specializing in networks, information systems, and scientific data management. He holds a Master's degree in Network and Information Systems Engineering from the Institute of Mathematics and Physical Sciences (IMSP) in Benin. His career bridges technical expertise and hands-on experience in research operations within public health. Since 2021, Francis has served in a cross-functional role as a data manager and Lead Quantitative evaluations , working with both clinical and non-clinical environments. In 2023, he joined the CREC/LSHTM Collaborative Research Programme, a partnership between the Centre de Recherche Entomologique de Cotonou (CREC) and the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine (LSHTM). The program is GLP-certified and focuses on the evaluation of vector control tools to combat diseases. Within this role, Francis ensures the integrity, traceability, and compliance of data generated from experimental studies. His work directly supports evidence-based decision-making for public health strategies across Africa. With over eight years of experience in software engineering, he combines strong technical skills with a deep understanding of regulatory data systems.
