    Rugamba Rugero Fiacre holds an MSc in Health Informatics and has a clinical background in general nursing. He previously worked in patient care with a focus on non-communicable diseases (NCDs). Currently, he serves as a researcher and data scientist at the University of Rwanda, college of Medicine and Health science. His research interests lie in applying data science and machine learning to address challenges in NCDs, infectious diseases, and mental health.
