Dr Darrell Hurt - Participant

eLwazi ODSP: Open Data Science Platform (Branch Chief)

Dr. Darrell Hurt serves as the Chief of the Bioinformatics and Computational Biosciences Branch (BCBB) in the Office of Cyber Infrastructure and Computational Biology (OCICB) at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID). Dr. Hurt's expertise includes molecular simulations and scientific 3D modeling. His graduate and postdoctoral work at Cornell University and at NIDDK focused on X-ray crystallography. His doctoral work was recognized with the Pauling Award from the American Crystallographic Association and he is the author of several scientific research articles.
