Dr. Isabel Mensah is a Lecturer in Mathematics at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Ghana, and a Research Fellow at the National Institute for Mathematical Sciences. She holds a Ph.D. in Biodata Analytics and Computational Genomics. Her research focuses on developing mathematical models to analyze complex genomic data, with current interests in data integration and early detection models for diabetes in sub-Saharan Africa. Dr. Mensah is passionate about applying mathematical tools to solve genomic challenges and is committed to advancing bioinformatics education across Africa. She envisions leading regional workshops to build capacity and promote knowledge sharing. Outside her professional pursuits, she enjoys family life.
