    Veronica Robi Marwa, MBA, B.Com (Finance) Hons, CPA Veronica Robi Marwa is a seasoned leader in Finance, Grants, Risk, and Compliance, with extensive experience working across Africa in bilateral relations. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance (Upper Second Class Honors), and is a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya (CPA-K). Additionally, she is certified in PMD Pro Level 1 by APM Group. As a leader in Research, Veronica has a strong interest in project design within Health, WASH, Food Security, and Education sectors, as well as grants management for both institutional and private donors, including Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) across Africa. She has served in various committees at Aga Khan University, contributing significantly to research, quality teaching and learning, and governance. Notably, she has been Co-chair of the Pure System Governance and Risk Committees. Currently, Veronica serves as a member of the Higher Education Funding and Finance Taskforce at the Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU). She has also served in the Audit, Risk, and Compliance department, where she played a critical role in institutional capacity assessments and capacity-building initiatives across the Africa region. Her experience spans working with Inter-Governmental Organizations such as the East African Community
