    UZIMA-DS: UtiliZing health Information for Meaningful impact in East Africa through Data Science (Phd Student)

    I am data-driven health researcher with a background in mathematical sciences and machine learning. I am currently pursuing a PhD with a focus on leveraging data science to address health challenges in low-resource settings, particularly in maternal, newborn, and child health. My goal is to bridge the gap between public health and technology by developing cost-effective, scalable, and evidence-based solutions. I am passionate about advancing equitable health outcomes and supporting underrepresented communities through data-informed interventions and policy.
