    Prof. Soumaya Kouidhi, PhD, HDR Associate Professor, Higher Institute of Biotechnology of Sidi Thabet Laboratory of Biotechnology and Valorization of Bio-Geo Resources University of Manouba I am an expert in microbiome science, drug resistance, and cancer, with a passionate commitment to advancing precision medicine. My research harnesses cutting-edge technologies-high-throughput sequencing and metabolomics-to tackle critical challenges in organ transplantation, oncology, and beyond. With a clear vision to bridge scientific discovery and clinical application, I have led and contributed to pioneering research that has shaped the emerging field of microbiome-based medicine. My work has driven the identification of novel biomarkers and opened new pathways for diagnosis and therapy, with the ultimate goal of delivering more personalized and equitable healthcare solutions. Recognized for my contributions to science, I hold an h-index of 22 with 45 publications indexed in Scopus, and my research continues to influence global efforts to make precision medicine accessible and impactful for diverse patient populations.
