INFORM: Role of Data Streams In Informing Infection Dynamics in Africa (INFORM Africa Research Hub Administrative Officer)

Nancy Dabo is a versatile professional with experience in data management, human resources, and digital training. She currently serves as a Research Hub Administrative officer and Data Manager at the Institute of Human Virology, Nigeria (IHVN-IRCE), supporting multiple research studies by developing REDCap data collection tools, cleaning and managing data, transcribing interviews, and providing administrative and training support. She also assists with internal training, database management, and event logistics. Previously, she worked as the HR and Administrative Manager at ICON Afrique Center for Transformation, where she applied HR policies, coordinated staff and volunteers, facilitated internal trainings, supported the country director, and led campaigns focused on HIV/AIDS, peacebuilding, and economic empowerment. She is proficient in Stata, Power BI, REDCap, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools. She holds a PGD in Management, a bachelor's in business administration, and is pursuing an MBA in HR. Her certifications span data quality, HR, digital skills, and project management.
