DS-CHANGE: Data Science for Child Health Now in Ghana (Masters Student)
Irene Yeboah is a graduate trainee in the DS-CHANGE program, specializing in Biomedical Data Science with a focus on computational biology. Her research involves the application of advanced computational methods to model intercellular communication using spatial transcriptomics, with a particular emphasis on the spatial organization of malaria-infected liver tissue.
