LEAD FOUNDATION (Research Assistant-Ethnography)
Veronica is a researcher and policy analyst experienced in research, public policy analysis, government-led policy formulation processes, and stakeholder engagement. She is currently working with LEAD Foundation as a research assistant-Ethnographer on a project titled "evaluating the effect modification of trees in croplands in mitigating the health effects of extreme heat exposure on agricultural workers in Tanzania" funded by Welcome. She has seven (7) years working experience with various research institutions inside and outside the country. She has strengths in qualitative and quantitative fieldwork, proposal development, transcription, translation, analysis, report writing and manuscript development. Her two degrees from the University of Dar es Salaam, a Bachelor of Arts in Law Enforcement (BALE) and Master of Arts in Research and Public Policy (MRPP), support her seven (7) years of experiences.
