MUDSReH: MUST Data Science Research Hub (Co-PI)

I am a medical doctor and Associate Professor of Medicine in the department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology with Master of Medicine (OBGYN) and currently a PhD Fellow. I am a clinician, researcher, mentor and book writer with over 20 years of clinical and teaching experience at Mbarara University of Science and Technology (MUST), Mbarara, Uganda. I am a member of the senior leadership team of the National Safe Motherhood Expert Committee (NASMEC) and Maternal Technical Working Group of the MOH. I am a co - investigator on a MUST data Science Research Hub (MUDSReH) pilot project investigating application of artificial intelligence using ultrasonographic images to aid clinical care of pregnant women with preeclampsia in Uganda.
