Francis Adjei Osei holds a Doctoral Degree in Public Health, a First Class Degree in Public Health Management, a Diploma in Health Information Management and a master's degree in Health Services Planning and Management all from Ghana. Francis has also gained a Professional training in Project Management and Design from the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine, United Kingdom and certification in Law at the Ghana School of Law. Francis is the Project Manager for the AVE-MAP Ghana site/ MUDSREH. Francis comes to this position with over decade of experience in clinical research management at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi Centre for Collaborative Research in Tropical Medicine (KCCR). He has managed a number of projects including Austere Consortium for Enhanced Sepsis Outcome (ACESO - Ghana site), Severe Malaria; A Research and Trials Consortium (SMAART Ghana), Achieving Control of Asthma in Children in Africa (ACACIA-Ghana), among others. He also worked as the Data Manager of the Ghana CORONIS trial, and a Senior Health Information Officer at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital, Kumasi, Ghana. Francis is credited with twenty-nine peer reviewed publications in reputable journals in the areas of MCH, Digital health, Communicable Diseases and NCDs
