    Etienne Kouakou is a Geomatics Engineer and has PhD in Sciences and Environment Management, Geosciences and Environment option. He is researcher at NANGUI ABROGOUA University and associate researcher at Centre Suisse de Recherches Scientifique en Côte d'Ivoire (CSRS). He has participated in various research projects, particulary the IDRC-CSRS project on adaptation to climate change in 4 West African countries and the UNDP project on Strengthening the Integration of Adaptation to Climate Change in Development Planning in Côte d' Ivoire, specifically in the health sector. He was recipient of the ACCFP (African Climate Change Fellowship Program) in 2012. He is a postdoc for the HE2AT project.
