    I am a professor of Biostatistics and Medicine at the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri, USA. I have extensive experience designing and running large clinical and epidemiologic research projects and have worked extensively in international research. I am currently co-director of the Biostatistics Core of the Washington University Institute for Clinical and translational Sciences and ma Principal Investigatore of the Data Coordinating Centers of NIH-funded multicenter trials focused on weight loss in obese adolescents, the efficacy of testosterone when added to exercise in elderly women with hip fractures, and the use of belatacept for immuno-suppression following lung transplantation. In addition, i am PI of the Research Coordinating Center of an NIH-funded international consortium of investigators that employs Dissemination and Implementation Science to study cardiovascular and implementation outcomes in HIV patients in six sub-Saharan African countries.
