    David K Tumusiime is an Associate Professor at the University of Rwanda, College of Medicine and Health Sciences. He is the Deputy Director of the East African Centre of Excellence in Biomedical Engineering and eHealth (CEBE). He is one of the MPIs for the Research and Training in Data Science for Health in Rwanda - Project and at the same time the Co-Chair of the steering committee for the Consortium on Data Sciences for Health Discovery and Innovation in Africa (DS-I Africa).
