    Stephen Chacha is a development professional with over fifteen years of experience in national, continental, and global development programs on data for development, data ecosystem building, data governance, data driven innovations, and sustainable development.
    Prior to joining Development Initiatives (DI), Stephen served as the Executive Director of Tanzania Data Lab, and as the National Program Coordinator for Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) and President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) Data Collaborative for Local Impact (DCLI) program in Tanzania.
    Stephen is a member of a number of national, regional, and global committees and working groups on data, innovation, and sustainable development.
