    Gerrit Botha is a bionformatics engingeer at the Computational Biology group at the University of Cape Town. He is responsible for providing bioinformatics support and works on a variety of projects such as functional annotation pipelines, whole-genome and exome sequencing analysis and bacterial diversity studies.
