    My research focuses on strengthening health systems in low-resource settings through data science, digital health innovation, and implementation science. As Head of the Data Science Unit at the University Clinical Research Center (UCRC) in Bamako, I lead multidisciplinary teams developing and deploying digital platforms that support public health interventions through real-time data capture, monitoring, and evaluation. I have extensive experience designing and implementing digital infrastructures, including mobile data collection systems, cloud-based databases, and analytic pipelines supporting both infectious and noncommunicable disease research. My work has contributed to large- scale studies in Mali, where I have supported study design, data management, and advanced statistical analyses, particularly in complex experimental and implementation research settings.
