Emmanuel SIBOMANA is an experienced academic and project management professional with over eleven years of service as an Assistant Lecturer at the University of Rwanda, College of Business and Economics. He has contributed significantly to teaching, curriculum development, and student mentorship in business and project management disciplines. Alongside his academic role, he has served for the past three years as a Research Assistant under the SYNAPSE Project, where he supports research activities, data analysis, and project implementation aimed at strengthening institutional capacity and innovation. Emmanuel is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and has accumulated five years of experience as a PMP trainer, guiding professionals and students in acquiring globally recognized project management competencies. He holds a Master of Business Administration in Project Management, which strengthens his practical and theoretical expertise in planning, execution, and evaluation of projects. His professional interests include project planning, risk management, and capacity building. He remains committed to advancing research, delivering quality education, and supporting professional development initiatives that contribute to sustainable organizational and national development. He actively engages in training programs and collaborative projects that enhance skills transfer and promote innovation within academic and professional communities across Rwanda and the region and beyond.
