    NYU-Moi Data Science for Social Determinants Training Program (Administrator)

    I am Eileen Immaculate, a passionate Project Administrator with AMPATH/Moi University, with a background in Human Resource Management. I hold a Master of Science in Human Resource from Moi University and I am currently pursuing a course in AI for Work, Life, and Learning, driven by my interest in leveraging technology to improve project outcomes and enhance efficiency in research support. I have undertaken training of shorcourses including Project Team Leadership and Communication, which has strengthened my ability to coordinate projects, engage stakeholders, and support teams effectively. In my current role, I work closely with Data Science trainees and project teams, assisting the co-ordinator to coordinate activities to be accomplished within the timelines. As my major role I track progress, and ensure the trainee's research and academic milestones are achieved within set timelines. I also support administrative and operational processes, including scheduling, documentation, and compliance with institutional and donor requirements. I am passionate about continuous learning, collaboration, and contributing to impactful Data Science research initiatives that improve health outcomes. Outside of work, I enjoy reading about data science, health information technology, and developments in the computing world, as I continue to embrace innovation and digital transformation in my field.
