Makerere University Data Science Research Training to Strengthen Evidence-Based Health Innovation, Intervention and Policy (Unknown)

I am passionate about integration and application of genome sequencing technologies in health and disease, outbreak investigation, pathogen characterization, and antimicrobial resistance (AMR) surveillance. Some of his work focuses on using genome sequencing technologies and bioinformatics in AMR to better understand genomic determinants of resistance, virulence, and underlying mechanisms. I also broadly work to contribute to areas in data science, genomics, bioinformatics, and genome sequence analysis to improve health.
