    Agnes Kiragga is a Research Scientist and Head Data Science Program at the African Population and Health Research Center, Nairobi, Kenya. She leads the INSPIRE Network and the Data Science Without Borders project which aims to improve data systems, build capacity in data systems and leverage the use of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning tools to generate evidence for public health interventions in Africa.
