Mr. Emmanuel SIBOMANA is Assistant Lecturer from University of Rwanda, College of Business and Economics for 9 years, he is Project Project Management Professional (PMP) Trainer for 5 years, he has different academic qualifications like Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Project Management, Project management professional ( PMP), postgraduate Certificate of Learning and Teaching in higher Education ( PCTLHE), Bachelor of Business Administration ( BBA) and others. He serves University of Rwanda as Assistant Lecturer and Head of Banking and Insurance Department. over past 11 months, he has been appointed as SYNAPSE Project Research Assistant and he is responsible for act as reference person for technical project implementation for reporting: Ensure production and submission of technical reports per requirements of the project agreement, Coordinate and support supervising the training and field work for research team, participate in the dissemination of the key findings in different forums locally, nationally and internationally, participate in data analysis and contribute to overall manuscript, reports writing and publication and other project activities assigned by Principal and co- principal Investigators over 11 months different project activities have been completed
