Andrew Boulle is a public health physician and epidemiologist jointly appointed between the University of Cape Town and Western Cape Government Department of Health and Wellness. He has worked on public sector health information systems for 25 years, including HIV cohorts, a pregancy registry, a health and demographic surveillance site, and a health information exchange and data centrefor all individuated health data in the Western Cape Province.
