Developing data science solutions to mitigate the health impacts of climate change in Africa: the HE2AT Center (Administrator)

I have been working in the non-profit sector at a senior level for 15 years, gaining extensive experience in financial and grants management within the donor-funded landscape. I have successfully managed grants from USAID, NRASD, and the EU, ensuring compliance with stringent donor requirements and reporting standards. My expertise includes managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating various donor timelines, and adhering to complex compliance regulations. From project inception to completion, I have played a pivotal role in driving project success. Recently, in my role with Wits Planetary Health Research, I have transitioned into the research sphere, in my role as Hub Administrator for the HE2AT Center. This role is multi-dimensional and includes focus on data acquisition and analysis, finance, project management and stakeholder engagement.
