    Christianah is pursuing her PhD in the Computational Omics and Biomedical Program at the Department of Integrative Biomedical Sciences at the University of Cape Town. She has a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Ibadan in Nigeria and a research-based Master of Pharmacy degree, which was awarded with distinction at the University of Western Cape. Her Master's research study was an interdisciplinary study that involved computational pharmacology and bioinformatics. It was a collaborative research project between the South African National Bioinformatics Institute and the School of Pharmacy.
    Christianah's current research focuses on the analysis of colon cancer sample data. Her investigation aims to analyse the RNA gene expression in colon cancer progression from the early to the late stage gene towards targeted therapy in colon cancer prognosis and treatment.
