    Ngoe Kelson Tchinda is a dedicated professional in the field of Computer Software Engineering, holding a master's degree from the University of Buea, Faculty of Engineering and Technology, Cameroon. He is currently focused on Artificial Intelligence and multi-agent systems in E-Learning, exploring the transformative potential of emerging technologies in education and enhancing his technical expertise.In his role as a Research Software Engineer at the Health Research Foundation, he is actively involved in developing an AI model for artificial intelligence-assisted echocardiography.This project aims to improve the detection of congenital heart anomalies in sub-Saharan Africa, reflecting his commitment to leveraging technology to address critical healthcare challenges.With a keen interest in the intersection of AI, healthcare, and education,he takes pride in mentoring and inspiring others in these domains. His work exemplifies a dedication to making meaningful contributions that advance both healthcare solutions and educational practices.
