    Integrated modeLs for Early Risk-prediction in Africa (ILERA) study (Project Manager/Coordinator)

    Furahini Tluway, is based at the Sydney Brenner Institute for Molecular Bioscience (SBIMB) at the University of Witwatersrand. Furahini is a medical doctor who has transitioned to a biomedical research manager since 2014. She has worked as senior project manager for AWI-Gen study which is part of the Human Heredity and Health in Africa ( H3Africa) consortium for the past 4 years. Currently, she is managing DSI Africa ILERA project and Science for Africa GAIN (Genetic Associations of Infertility in Africa) project. Her interests are to create a supportive and conducive environment to allow scientists to focus on science and thrive.
