    UZIMA-DS: UtiliZing health Information for Meaningful impact in East Africa through Data Science (Project Manager/Coordinator)

    Shitemi Khamadi is a Kenyan media development practitioner with over 13 years' experience. He has extensive experience in media development, program development and management, project evaluation. He has worked with various institutions including DAI Global, Africa Uncensored, Internews, Bloggers Association of Kenya (BAKE), PAWA 254, Impact Africa and KELIN Kenya among others. He is currently a Projects Officer at the Aga Khan Graduate School of Media and Communications (GSMC), handling the UZIMA Project among others. He has also consulted for Voice, Search for Common Ground, Nendo, PASGR, Water and Sanitation for the Urban Poor (WSUP), Twawezi East Africa and WACI Health among others. Shitemi holds two Masters' Degrees, one in Digital Journalism from the Aga Khan University Graduate School of Media and Communication (GSMC), Nairobi and another in Peace and Conflict Management from Kenyatta University. His undergraduate Degree is in International Relations from the United States International University (USIU).
