    Claude is a lecturer at Strathmore Law School and the a doctoral fellow at the University of KwaZulu-Natal Department of Health Law. Research fellow under the Data Science and Innovation for Health in Africa project. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Master of Laws degree (Intellectual Property) from Strathmore Law School.
