    Masters Student at the University of KwaZulu-Natal. As part of aim 5 of our DSI-Africa Law project, I am currently researching AI in healthcare governance across 12 African jurisdictions. Current publications include: 1) Artificial intelligence in healthcare: Proposals for policy development in South Africa (South African Journal of Bioethics and Law - https://doi.org/10.7196/SAJBL.2022.v15i1.797) 2) Mapping the regulatory landscape of AI in healthcare in Africa - (Forthcoming) The topic of my dissertation is that of algorithmic transparency for automated decision-making systems used in healthcare. I am presently working on a series of articles regarding inferential analytics.
