    eLwazi (Open Data Science Platform) (Project Manager/Coordinator)

    As part of the eLwazi ODSP, Lyndon Zass is a project co-ordinator based at the University of Cape Town, in Cape Town, South Africa. With a background in Molecular Biology and Human Genetics, he currently holds an MSc in Human Genetics which he obtained from Stellenbosch University. His research focuses on psychiatric genetics, and more specifically, the epigenetic underpinnings of common psychiatric disorders such as anxiety disorders and PTSD. Currently, he is pursuing an MPH and is involved in several DS-I Africa groups and activities, co-chairing the eLwazi Data Support WG.
