    Theshaya Naidoo, a dedicated scholar pursuing a Master's degree in Medical Law, showcases a solid commitment to the intersection of law and healthcare. With a Bachelor of Social Science in Law and Criminology and Forensic Sciences (cum laude) and a subsequent Bachelor of Laws (cum laude) from the University of Kwazulu Natal, Theshaya has laid a solid foundation in jurisprudence, honing critical thinking and analytical skills. Theshaya's research interests span AI legislation, reproductive rights, human rights, and medical law, with her LLM dissertation focusing on the need for sui generis AI legislation in South Africa, considering international legal developments. In her (minimal) free time, she is focused on growing her multiple business enterprises, investment portfolios, and social media presence. As Theshaya advances in her academic journey, she aims to deepen her expertise in Medical Law, contribute valuable research insights, and apply her knowledge to address intricate legal challenges in healthcare. With a strong educational foundation, unwavering determination, and a passion for the law, Theshaya Naidoo is poised to become a notable presence in the field of Medical Law in the years ahead.
