    Developing data science solutions to mitigate the health impacts of climate change in Africa: the HE2AT Center (HEAT) (PI (Pilot Project))

    Olumuyiwa Adegun is Senior Lecturer in the Department of Architecture, Federal University of Technology, Akure. Nigeria. He is currently Principal Investigator on the HE2AT Centre-funded pilot project focussed on "Assessing intra-urban heat-health vulnerabilities using geospatial data: between formal and informal neighbourhoods in Lagos, Nigeria." His research interests are related to environmental sustainability and heat adaptation in the built environment, including informal housing within cities in sub-Sahara Africa. He is a Visiting Senior Lecturer at the School of Architecture and Planning, Wits University, Johannesburg.
