    Developing data science solutions to mitigate the health impacts of climate change in Africa: the HE2AT Center (HEAT) (Co-PI)

    Professor in sanitary engineering and environmental epidemiology. Adjunct Professor at Peleforo Gon Coulibaly in Korhogo (UPGC), Ivory Coast (CI). Co-PI for the HEAT Center Consortium project in the frame of the DS-I Africa network, co-lead of the Research Project 2, and CI country project leader (study members composed of 3 Postdocs and 6 PhD students). Expert in climate change and health, currently a member as Coordinating Lead Author (CLA) of the IPCC Working Group II on "Impacts, Adaptation and Vulnerability" for the Sixth Assessment Report (AR6). Head of the Ecosystem Health Sciences Unit within the Department of Epidemiology and Public Health of the Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute, University of Basel, Switzerland, and Faculty member of the Swiss School of Public Health (SSPH+).
