    Combatting AntiMicrobial Resistance in Africa Using Data Science (CAMRA) (PhD Student)

    I am currently rounding up my PhD research at the African Centre of Excellence for Genomics of Infectious Diseases (ACEGID), Redeemer's University, Nigeria where my research work focuses on the use of Bioinformatic tools, genomics tools/techniques for pathogen genomics surveillance, epidemiology and to understand genetic diversity of pathogens of public health concern. My current research consists in identifying pathogenic enteric species and antimicrobial resistance pattern in healthy children in Nigerian population using next generation sequencing.
