Leonard Kadege is a dedicated statistician at LEAD Foundation, where I specialize in analyzing climate and health data to support evidence-based community development initiatives. With a strong foundation in quantitative research and data science, I play a key role in designing data collection tools, conducting statistical analyses, and generating insights that inform policy and program decisions. I hold a degree of Masters in Statistics and proficient in analytical tools such as R, Python and STATA. I work primarily focuses on the intersection of climate change and public health-examining how environmental factors influence health outcomes in vulnerable communities. Through this lens,I have contributed to impactful projects that address issues like heat-related chronic diseases, and health system resilience. Am Passionate about data-driven solutions for social and environmental challenges, Iam committed to translating complex data into accessible, actionable findings. My work is enhance the effectiveness and accountability of LEAD Foundation's climate and health interventions across Tanzania. Outside of my core responsibilities, I actively participate in community outreach and youth mentorship programs, aiming to build awareness and capacity around climate resilience and public health through the power of data.
